What You Can Expect

We offer a variety of benefits including:

• Crew referral program - any existing crew person gets $50 if they refer someone who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days
• After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week's pay on their anniversary date
• Medical insurance available after 90 days
• Flexible hours
• Free employee meals up to $5 per shift
• 401K with company match up to certain %
