Assembly Engineer

Payrate: $40.95 - $40.95/hr.


Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and initiative to support assembly operations and contribute to the overall success of our production processes.


Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor, assisting with troubleshooting and providing direct line support for production employees.
• Communicate project progress effectively to management and collaborate with team members to overcome challenges.
• Utilize problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure situations to ensure smooth operations.
• Possess knowledge of assembly processes and tooling to enhance production efficiency.
• Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs and drive a utility vehicle inside the factory after completing training.
• Drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferably hold an Engineering Degree; however, candidates with a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience will be considered.
• Open to new graduates who have completed engineering internships.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.95 - $40.95 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
