Engineous Group Inc. electrical engineers design practical, code-compliant electrical systems for a wide range of building projects, including commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, retail, government, institutional, and tenant improvement work.
Our electrical team supports projects from early concept through permitting and construction. They coordinate closely with architects, owners, contractors, and other MEP disciplines to deliver systems that are reliable, efficient, and constructible.
Electrical engineering work may include:
- Lighting design
- Lighting controls
- Power distribution
- High-, medium-, and low-voltage systems
- Grounding systems
- Standby and emergency power
- Fire alarm and life-safety systems
- Telecommunications and data distribution
- Security systems
- Audio-visual, communication, sound reinforcement, and multimedia systems
Our engineers also assist with California Title 24 calculations, engineering reviews, cost estimating, LEED documentation, and construction-phase support.
Because electrical systems are essential to building safety and performance, our engineers focus on designs that are coordinated, cost-effective, code-compliant, and responsive to each client’s operational needs. Engineous Group’s electrical team has experience with everything from tenant improvements and infrastructure upgrades to high-rise buildings, hospitals, laboratories, data centers, and government facilities.
