TK Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team serving the Kosciusko County facility in Warsaw, Indiana.

What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Professional with TK Health, you will provide behavioral health services to patients within the correctional setting. Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting mental health assessments and evaluations
• Providing individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Responding to psychiatric emergencies and providing crisis intervention
• Conducting suicide risk assessments and implementing appropriate interventions
• Providing substance use and addiction-related counseling, including support for patients receiving MAT services
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Coordinating care with medical, behavioral health, and correctional staff
• Making appropriate referrals for psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Assisting with discharge planning and connecting patients with community resources
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Providing behavioral health education and support to facility staff as appropriate
• Participating in on-call responsibilities when required

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related behavioral health field
• Current applicable Indiana behavioral health licensure, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or another qualifying professional license
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and crisis-intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Correctional or institutional experience is helpful but not required
