Marketing Communication Specialist

Job Description In this role, you will act as one of the top stewards of the Formerra brand, ensuring that all content-related deliverables are strong, consistent, and reflective of our brand identity. Your responsibilities will span marketing efforts, internal/external communications, and corporate branding. Responsibilities Uphold and elevate the Formerra brand with internal teams and external resources and platforms. Create a wide range of content that addresses priority business needs across all internal and external collateral and materials. Partner with Demand Generation Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, webinars, paid advertising) by producing compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools that align with brand messaging and support demand generation goals. Support the planning and drafting of brand awareness communications including email marketing campaigns leveraging content library and landing pages. Collaborate with Product Management to ensure initiatives support supplier goals and objectives. Coordinate social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and schedule posts, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics. Participate in PR and thought leadership activities, as well as the external positioning of Formerra within the industry. Assist with the coordination and planning of trade shows, conferences and employer events. Write, edit and optimize copy for a range of materials and channels. Make website updates as needed. Organize and maintain the company’s SharePoint. Demonstrate the ability to be productive while working in the office or remotely. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills Strong writing skills for short-form and long-form content creation. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments and projects. Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and aesthetics. Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills. Ability to receive feedback from others and apply it to your work. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2-5 years of marketing communications experience, including digital marketing and communications responsibilities with a proven record of success. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with business use of social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn). Experience with HubSpot preferred. Nice to have: B2B Marketing experience Experience with Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop Experience with Content Management Systems Physical Requirements & Work Setting Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
