Supply Chain ManagerWe are looking for an experienced supply chain manager to join one of our healthcare industry client to ensure their supply chain and logistics operations function properly.In this role, you'll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.If you meet these criteria and also possess a strategic, analytical mind, we'd like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesCreate the company's supply chain strategyAnalyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issuesEvaluate and report on KPIsMonitor logistics to make sure they run smoothlyMaintain supply chain inventory and recordsTrain and guide employeesFind cost-effective solutions for supply chain processesResolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growthDevelop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standardsCommunicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable dealsRequirements and skillsPrevious experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar fieldExcellent knowledge of supply chain processesWorking experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)Strong communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsAttention to detailCreative problem-solvingA strategic and analytical mindDegree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar fieldBenefitsGreat Benefits!Health, Dental, Vision401k, Life, Disability, AD&D etc.Other Employee PerksJob TypeFull-TimeRemoteCompensation$85k - $90k DOE
