Inventory Coordinator

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Inventory Coordinator The rate for this position is $22.83 per hour. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am until 2:30 pm. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts, physically verify inventory, investigate discrepancies, and complete real‑time inventory transactions to maintain system accuracy Partner with buyers and cross‑functional teams to resolve material issues, validate counts, and communicate risks, delays, and findings Ensure materials are properly labeled, located, and audited using inventory systems and tools including DMM, AS400, and the Material Synchronization Spreadsheet Participate in cross‑functional production meetings ranging from daily to weekly Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials while complying with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance requirements Comply with all safety policies and WSRA standards and perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility to support overall operations This job posting describes the general nature and level of work being performed and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, or skills required. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or production environment Experience performing cycle counts and physically verifying inventory Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and completing transactions in an inventory or ERP system Forklift operation experience (current or previous certification) Relocation is not provided for this position. Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accountability. Effective oral/written communication skills, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Ability to manage by influence through solid relationships and process focus. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and push or pull up to 100 lbs. with or without accommodation.
