Job Summary:
ICU Nurse in Glenview, Illinois. This position involves providing advanced patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. Candidates must bring their active Illinois nursing license on the first day. The role requires strong ICU experience, EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency, and the ability to work flexible night shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Glenview, Illinois

• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours, with flexibility for 48 hours if needed
• Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, preferred 36 hours but flexible up to 48 hours
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois nursing license, CPR certification, ACLS certification, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, 2+ years of ICU experience (Cardiac and/or neuro experience preferred), proficiency with EPIC Charting, passed EKG test of 80% or higher, at least 12 months of recent skills checklist completion, and recent reference
• Additional Information:
  • Unit type: ICU
  • May be floated to support Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) within the same campus, with occasional floating to other units in the same campus
  • Every other weekend requirements
  • No on-call requirements
  • Orientation: 16 hours paid, non-billable
  • Must submit: Updated resume, recent skills checklist, existing reference, Illinois license verification, and proof of passed EKG test
