Job Details Job Location: Newton, KS 67114 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift: 1st Shift Primary Responsibilities To provide support and assist management with various clerical duties including, but not limited to, issuing work order packets to production; receiving purchased parts; prepare outgoing shipping documents; generate accounting reports; general data entry and filing. Purchase Order Receiving: As first task each day – Enter daily into the accounting system all purchased parts received; ensure accuracy. Production: Print work order order packets and related documents and issue packets to the production department in a timely manner; monitor work order status; identify delays and notify supervision of issues. Scan and file completed job order packets. Shipping: Produce outgoing shipping documentation; ensure accuracy. Inventory: Assist with inventory cycle counts. General Office: Generate various Excel reports and complete other projects/duties as assigned by management. Continuous Improvement: Communicate issues and recommend changes to management to improve FVI productivity, quality and safety. Be proactive. Quality: Must adhere to the Quality Management System. Safety: Support company safety programs, policies, and objectives. Lead by example.
