In this role, you will collaborate with our award-winning thought leaders on innovative projects that integrate thoughtful planning, research, sustainability, and architectural excellence. We're looking for someone who enjoys actively leading project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and building long-term strategic relationships with clients in the science and technology sector.Key qualities we're looking for:Strong leadership and project management skillsA passion for purpose-driven, high-impact designProven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopesConfidence in client engagement and long-term relationship developmentIn this role you will:Project LeadershipIndependently manage multiple projects from concept through completion.Develop and oversee project work plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing.Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and code compliance throughout all phases.Client EngagementServe as the primary client liaison, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.Lead presentations, facilitate approvals, and translate client goals into actionable strategies.Team CoordinationDirect and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Coordinate consultants and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.Documentation & AdministrationManage contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.Maintain organized and accurate project documentation in line with firm standards.What you will need to have:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or other related field; Master's degree preferredLicensure preferred8+ years of project management experience requiredExpertise with Project Management software and Microsoft Office products is necessaryProfessional experience honed on increasingly more complex projects requiredExperience with TI and core and shell preferredDemonstrated experience working on large-scale and multiple smaller-sized, challenging projects simultaneouslyTeam playerExceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clientsAbility to leverage technical skills of your teams to deliver projects on budget and on scheduleExperience with LEED accreditation and Design/Build project delivery method is preferredProficiency with Revit, SketchUp and other industry accepted software is preferredSalary Information:The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
