Mercedes Product ConciergeFunctions as a customer service representative for the sales department, ensuring the customer has an exceptional car buying experience.Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom floor and sales lot.Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.Ensures sold vehicles have been properly cleaned for delivery.Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.Introduces customers to service department personnel and schedules first service appointment. Attends sales meetings.This job has no supervisory responsibilities.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
