Group Quality Supervisor

Charlie Health is seeking a Group Quality Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of virtual IOP/PHP group care for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will supervise and coach group facilitators, review documentation, and use data to drive measurable improvements in clinical quality and engagement. You will collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to align group programming with evidence-based practices, regulatory requirements, and Charlie Health’s mission of expanding access to compassionate, outcomes-driven mental healthcare nationwide.
