Tooling Technician — Job SummarySchedule: Monday–FridayPay: $30.85–$33.91 per hourPay Type: WeeklyWe’re looking for a skilled Tooling Technician to support mold changes, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in our injection and compression molding operations. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to keeping production running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Pull, set, align, and connect molds (water, hydraulic, electrical, hot runner systems)Troubleshoot mold and tooling issues with maintenance and engineeringPerform cavity changes, tooling changeovers, and adjustmentsComplete preventative maintenance, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and repairRead blueprints and use precision measuring toolsOperate cranes, forklifts, and machine control screensMaintain quality, safety, GMP, and housekeeping standardsRequirements:High school diploma or GED3+ years industrial maintenance or tooling experienceAbility to lift up to 90 lbsExperience operating cranes and forkliftsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, precision work, and being a key part of a high‑performing production team.LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
