Overview A law firm seeks a Regulatory Associate to join its Insurance Products Group in New York, New York. This role involves working on complex matters at the intersection of insurance and securities regulation, offering direct mentorship and hands‑on experience. Duties Collaborate with partners on insurance and securities regulation matters. Engage directly with clients, regulators, and industry associations. Manage projects and time effectively. Work with cross‑functional teams to achieve regulatory compliance. Requirements 2–5 years of regulatory compliance experience in a law firm, regulator, or in‑house setting. Experience with U.S. federal securities laws and/or insurance regulation. Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Commitment to developing expertise in insurance law. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive in‑state OP/AD. Skills Strong project and time‑management skills.
