Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote health and safety in the workplace while providing health assessments, care, and guidance to employees. The Occupational Health Nurse will collaborate with management to develop and implement health programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience as an Occupational Health Nurse or similar role
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in medical assessment and treatment

What You'll Do:

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees
• Provide initial treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with management to address health and safety concerns in the workplace
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Educate employees on health and safety issues
• Monitor and assess workplace environmental hazards
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management protocols
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in occupational health nursing
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
