Per Diem Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist - Florissant, MO

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available to provide vacation coverage at a long-term care pharmacy in the St. Louis area from October 9th through October 18th. This role supports essential pharmacy operations during the established shift hours.

Location:

11861 Westline Industrial Dr Suite 700b, St. Louis, MO 63146

Schedule:

Shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cycle checking of medications
Verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth workflow during coverage period

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Missouri Pharmacist License is required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist, preferably with long-term care (LTC) background
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently
