Role Description Help shape the financial future of a premier design firm. Spina O'Rourke + Partners is seeking a strategic Assistant Controller to lead the financial operations of our growing architecture and interior design practice in downtown West Palm Beach. Working closely with ownership, the Assistant Controller will help oversee day to day accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, project profitability, cash flow, budgeting, WIP reporting, and long-term business strategy while supporting continued growth and operational excellence. Qualifications CPA preferred 5+ years financial experience Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or other project-based professional services strongly preferred Strong financial planning, forecasting, and leadership skills This is a full-time, in-office executive position.
