Glander Transit is a smaller Family-oriented company. We are local & approaching our 30th year! Looking for positive-thinking employees, who like to be home every night, come to work clean and go home clean! We pride ourselves on our professional drivers who are well respected in the community, clean and presentable equipment, prompt, on-time deliveries, and most of all our relationship with our employees & customers!
Our workload consists of various things such as quarry work, aggregate hauling for ready-mix concrete, retaining wall block plants, topsoil and decorative stone hauling and trucks. Your responsibilities as drivers include maintaining daily work sheets of the work done for that day, maintaining the appearance of the trucks (paid) and reporting to the shop staff of any issues with the truck you are assigned to drive. We do not have our drivers work on trucks. In addition to this driving and delivering aggregates in a safe and professional manner.
We are looking for full-time year-round drivers, with the possibility of layoffs if desired. We will also consider part-time drivers. Offering a $1,000 sign on bonus, $250 paid out after 90 days and $750 after you completed 1 year.
