As we expand our fiber network throughout Tucson, we're looking for energetic, motivated individuals to help introduce our services to neighborhoods across Southern Arizona.

As a Door-To-Door Sales Representative, you'll be the face of IdeaTek in the community. Whether you're introducing fiber internet to a neighborhood for the first time or reconnecting with residents who are already familiar with us, you'll build trust, educate homeowners, and help families experience the benefits of a better internet provider.

No previous sales experience? No problem. If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a rewarding career.

We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, along with a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus paid after 60 days of successful employment.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins by meeting with your team to review territory assignments, sales goals, and neighborhood activity. Then it's time to head into the field, meeting homeowners, introducing IdeaTek, answering questions, and helping customers determine if our fiber service is the right fit for their home.

Between conversations, you'll log customer interactions, schedule follow-ups, and manage your pipeline using our CRM. Some days you'll participate in community events or neighborhood campaigns designed to introduce IdeaTek to new areas. Every conversation is an opportunity to build relationships, represent our brand, and help connect another family to reliable fiber internet.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

• Introduce IdeaTek's fiber internet services to homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with prospective customers through face-to-face conversations and follow-up communication.
• Educate customers on service options, pricing, promotions, and installation timelines.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to completed order.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent IdeaTek professionally at neighborhood events, community activities, and local promotions.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, and competitive offerings to confidently answer customer questions.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions
• Ability to work primarily in the field, including afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.
• Ability to walk several miles each day and work outdoors in high summer temperatures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and CRM software.

What Will Help You Stand Out

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Previous door-to-door, outside sales, or face-to-face customer service experience.
• Telecommunications, internet, cable, home services, or other consultative sales experience.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales or performance goals.
• Experience using CRM software or mobile sales applications.
