Key Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray exams as ordered and document results in the EMR according to established protocols.
• Prepare and maintain radiology suites, equipment, and materials for adult and pediatric imaging.
• Greet and assist patients, register arrivals, and process payments in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Collect and process patient specimens for point-of-care and send-out lab tests.
• Support clinical operations by rooming, triaging, and documenting patient information.
• Assist with minor clinical procedures under provider supervision.
• Train new staff members as needed and ensure suites are restocked and clean between uses.

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited college
• Current state licensure as a radiologic technologist
• ARRT certification and valid CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume urgent care or emergency room setting preferred
• Outstanding bedside manner with both pediatric and adult populations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and prior EPIC experience a plus
• Effective communicator who excels in a collaborative team environment
