Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an inpatient psychiatric setting

License: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse

Certifications: BLS Certification, ACLS preferred

Must-Have Skills/Experience: RN experience

Description: As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. You will communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions with Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and co-workers as appropriate. You will participate in the discharge planning process.
