Department: Marwood Nursing & Rehab Center Daily Work Times: 7:00am-7:30pm Shift: Days Benefits 403(b) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Position Summary Provides health care for residents under the direction of a nurse. Assists patients under their care with day-to-day tasks, playing a vital support role. Responsibilities Answers resident calls and determines how best to help them. Provides physical support for residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising. Turns and repositions bedridden patients. Ensures residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences. Provides encouragement and support with eating. Delivers compassionate support, attention, and assistance to residents and families. Performs other related duties as required and directed. Required High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Current State Certified Nursing Assistant.
