What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit
- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and educational needs
- Plan and implement individualized nursing interventions
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain standards of practice
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Support patient/family-centered care practices
What You Need:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Prior ICU experience (minimum required)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
