Job Overview/Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical proficiency, strong assessment skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
