Qualifications And Skills Required Less than 12 months of nursing experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Possession of a temporary or compact Arkansas nursing license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association. Key Duties Involve Providing safe, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. Developing clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Participating actively in educational sessions and mentorship programs to foster professional development.
