Do you have experience working with draught beer systems, beer quality, or brewery/hospitality training?

We're looking for an experienced Beer Quality & Hospitality Trainer to represent Stella Artois and help bars, restaurants, hotels, and pubs consistently deliver the Perfect Serve experience. This is a field-based role where you'll visit hospitality venues, train staff, coach managers, evaluate draught beer quality, and support commercial growth across your assigned territory. If you've worked for a brewery, beverage distributor, draft line cleaning company, beer supplier, or have extensive bar management experience with draught systems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Train bartenders, managers, and hospitality teams on Stella Artois Perfect Serve standards
• Conduct draught beer quality evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coach venue teams on beer pouring techniques, glassware, storage, and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with bar managers, restaurant operators, and hospitality teams
• Support promotional activations and sales initiatives
• Visit hospitality accounts throughout your assigned territory
• Complete training reports and performance tracking
• Represent Stella Artois professionally at all times

Required Experience

We're specifically looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

✔ Brewery or beer industry experience

✔ Draught beer systems

✔ Draft line cleaning or maintenance

✔ Beverage quality assurance

✔ Beer education or staff training

✔ Beverage sales or brewery field sales

✔ Bar or restaurant management with extensive draught beer knowledge

✔ Hospitality training or coaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of beer styles and brewing fundamentals
• Understanding of draught system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience delivering training or coaching hospitality teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
