Job Title: Urology Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C/ARNP) Location: Renton, WA

FTE: 1.0

Shift: Full Time Salary: $135,000 - $148,000 per year About the Position Clinic Hours: 7a-5p, 5‑day work week. No call required (options available). Average 17–22 patients per day. Key Responsibilities Inpatient Care: assist with daily rounds, consults, and discharges; collaborate with physicians on care plans; manage post‑operative patients. Surgical Assisting: serve as first assist in urologic surgeries, including robotic bedside assist; prepare patients for procedures; support intra‑operative needs; participate in pre‑ and post‑operative care. Outpatient Clinic: evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions; perform routine and specialized procedures (e.g., catheter placement, cystoscopy assistance); educate patients and families; ensure timely documentation and follow‑up coordination. Qualifications Valid medical professional license in WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority. Preferred: previous experience in urology or other surgical fields.
