Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Manufacturing

NSC is seeking a contract to hire Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities. Location: NW Indianapolis Pay: $45/hr - $48/hr D.O.E. Skill Profile:

Electrical troubleshooting (primary competence)
Mechanical maintenance capability (secondary)
Able to work independently in a production environment

Minimum Qualifications Required:

5+ years industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting (480V / 3-phase systems)
Mechanical maintenance experience (conveyors, bearings, systems)
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Manufacturing environment experience (continuous process preferred)

Preferred:

Plastics / extrusion experience
PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley)
Hydraulics and pneumatics experience

Safety & Compliance Requirements

OSHA-compliant work practices
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) adherence
Pre-employment screening (drug + background)
PPE compliance
Safety training documentation required
