The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, can work in a fast‑paced environment while demonstrating graceful movement on the restaurant floor, provides proactive service and anticipates guest needs, and has prior experience in fine dining. Essential Job Functions Set tables to standards and prepare side stations. Polish glasses and silverware. Ensure the surrounding table area is clean and free of crumbs, with sugar caddies and salt/pepper shakers in place. Assist the server with guests, using guest names and making eye contact. Reset dirty tables quickly. Restock all areas (silverware, napkins, glassware, linens). Minimum Education and Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
