Job Description

Position: Order Quality Auditor
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Location: Lafayette, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Order Quality Auditor to start IMMEDIATELY at $23.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Verify the accuracy of outbound orders by physically inspecting picked items before shipment
Compare items against packing slips and identify discrepancies
Report issues to warehouse leadership promptly
Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve order inaccuracies efficiently
Maintain a tidy, organized audit area and follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or shipping/receiving preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced distribution environment
Basic computer skills; familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs. during shift
