- Leads with warmth, motivation, and accountability.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, sales-forward environment.
- Has leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
Compensation & Perks:
- $18.00–$19.00/hr.
- Additional earning potential by promoting and selling club plans, boosting overall compensation.
- Strong career path toward Site Manager and District roles.
- Paid training and continuous development opportunities.
- Supportive, team-centered work environment.
Why Sparkle Express?:
Because leadership here is more than completing tasks — it’s building culture, supporting people, and consistently delivering a warm, dependable guest experience.
