Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $100,000+
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong client and business-development relationships.
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting strategies.
• Provide exceptional communication and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in Commercial Lines production with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Demonstrated ability to generate $100,000+ in annual revenue.
• Strong skills in new-business development, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Established network of client and business-development relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote work environment effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
