Position Summary This position is responsible for small parts assembly, testing, and packaging of all OPUS-IVS electronic products in a manner that meets internal and customer quality and delivery expectations. Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all company policies and standards
- Embrace and practice workplace organization
- Practice safe operation of hand tools and test equipment
- Responsible for product manufacture / final assembly, testing and packaging
- Meet internal and customer quality and delivery expectations
- Other duties as assigned
- High School or GED
- Experience with safe operation of power hand tools
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to accept and adapt to change in a positive manner
- Associate Degree or Vocational Certification in electronic technology
- Experience with build-in-station quality practices a plus
- Soldering experience a plus
- Experience with ESD-controlled manufacturing a plus
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
