We are conducting a search for a well-established and growing distribution company seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to become an integral member of its team. This is far more than a traditional customer service position. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to customers while supporting the sales team, coordinating orders, managing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and timely communication. Support the sales team with quotations, order entry, pricing requests, and customer follow-up. Coordinate customer orders while working closely with operations and vendor partners. Monitor inventory availability and communicate product timelines. Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product information within company systems. Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally. Assist with sourcing requests and special customer projects. Partner with multiple departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Contribute to a collaborative office environment where teamwork is valued. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of Customer Service or Customer Sales Support experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
