Customer Service Representative - Consumer Products

Open Position: Customer Service Representative
$20.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Days: Monday - Friday 

What You'll Do:

• Answer a high volume of inbound consumer calls while providing backup support for commercial customers, healthcare facilities, and resellers
• Process orders, returns, quotes, part number creation, and order status inquiries
• Research products and parts while identifying vendors and sourcing solutions for customer needs
• Assist walk-in customers and provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
• Follow up on quotes, open orders, vendor inquiries, emails, and customer requests to ensure timely resolution

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Experience processing orders, returns, quotes, and researching physical products (not services)
• Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally
