As a ResourceMFG Machine Operator We Offer You:

Job Responsibilities
- Performs basic shaping process steps on medium difficult parts.
- Beveling – capable of fabricating polished, double, and off-angle asymmetric bevels
- Blocking – pitch button, Norland transfer, steep singles, cold blocking, contacting, and alignment
- Grinding – Steep radius, cylinder, tight wedge, continuous
- Polishing – spindle, CP, double side, CNC polish
- Slurry Maintenance - maintains and measures established Baume and PH levels
- Pour pitch lap, cuts, and grooves lap
- Advanced print reading skills – can read and comprehend all fabrication specs
- Measurement skills include - Basic Zygo, understanding of fringe pattern, microscope, stereoscope, surface quality inspection, fiber light
- Performs other duties as assigned
