C.R. England is Now Hiring Recent CDL-A Driver Grads - No Exp Needed! Have a CDL but Little to No Experience? We Have a Driving Opportunity for You! Get hired onto our fleet and build your experience on the account with an experienced mentor. \n

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset; days off are either Friday night to Saturday, or Saturday night to Sunday

• Train with a mentor for 150 hours to build your experience
\n
• Drivers on this fleet with 1+ years of experience average $88,000 annually - top 10% earn up to $108,000 per year*
\n
• $1,400 weekly minimum guarantee**
\n
• Mileage pay
\n
• Stop pay
\n
• Layover (24 hours) pay: $200 per day
\n
• Breakdown (24 hours): $200 per day
\n
• Training/retraining pay: $200 per day
\n
• Backhaul pickup pay: $25 per load
\n
• Clean DOT inspection: $25
\n
• Safe & on-time bonus - up to 3% weekly
\n
• Top-of-the-line automatic transmission sleeper trucks, pulling 53' dry trailers
\n

(**if the driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days)

We are hiring CDL drivers with little to no experience to join our fleet. Start your driving career alongside an experienced mentor, build your skills behind the wheel, and advance to solo driving. This fleet operates out of Cowpens, SC, to locations in SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV, and OH. On average, drivers will deliver 3 loads per week, making 3 stops per load and covering an estimated 1,100 miles weekly.
