Communication Clearly explain recommended services and answer customer questions—no technical jargon required. Organization Create and manage service orders, keep track of appointments, and ensure smooth coordination with technicians. Support Help schedule vehicle service, assist with basic diagnostics, and follow up with customers after their visit. Collaboration Work closely with service technicians, parts staff, and fellow advisors to create a seamless, friendly environment.
