Recruitment Specialist Opportunity available working in Brooklyn (onsite) - Must be able to commute to the job site, 5 days a week. Monday through Friday.

Responsibiliti

• esDevelop strategic recruitment plans to attract healthcare professionals across various level
• s.Work closely with the Career Services team to support job readiness for candidates, integrating training and resources that enhance their qualification
• s.Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates with appropriate job openings within the healthcare industr
• y.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate data, and support efficient placement workflow
• s.Ensure accurate data entry and tracking for seamless operations and maintain confidentiali
• tyActively attend job fairs, recruitment forums, and networking events to promote our mission and increase visibili
• tyBuild and maintain strong relationships with union representatives, employers, and other stakeholder
• s.Assist in creating recruitment materials, including job advertisements for public and internal postings, to attract a diverse and qualified candidate poo

Qualificati

• onsHigh School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field prefer
• redMinimum of two (2) years in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within healthcare or nonprofit setti
• ngsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Syst
• emsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a client-centered approach with a focus on humility and emotional intelligence to support and engage candidates effectiv
