What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Support the team with policy updates, document processing, and administrative tasks.
• Help maintain accurate customer records and organize agency files.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.
• Support the agency's marketing efforts by helping create customer outreach campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with social media content.
• Help coordinate community events, customer appreciation activities, and local marketing initiatives that generate new business opportunities.
• Assist with lead generation activities by organizing marketing lists, tracking campaign results, and supporting customer engagement efforts.
• Learn about insurance products and agency operations through hands-on training and job shadowing.
• Collaborate with team members on daily office operations and special projects.

• Currently enrolled in a high school, college, university, or technical program requiring internship or practicum hours.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
