Job Summary
ABOUT THE POSITION
TIRRC is seeking an enthusiastic IT Coordinator/Administrator to coordinate a variety of IT systems that support a smooth workflow and ensure TIRRC’s organizational goals and objectives are accomplished. The IT Coordinator/Administrator will organize and support CRM database maintenance, coordinate and monitor technology inventory and digital security systems, and help safeguard the organization’s digital security and technology systems.

Job Responsibilities
CRM and Data Coordination
- Provide admin duties to support organization-wide implementation and regular use of EveryAction CRM for TIRRC and TIRRC’s related entity, TIRRC Votes, including but not limited to:
- Add new accounts and handle user permissions as part of the admin team;
- Regular data cleanup and maintenance of contact records;
- Provide staff education on updating and adding contacts, pulling reports, and dashboards and organize routine staff data cleanup;
- Develop processes and reporting from EveryAction to generate valuable data in coordination with the Development team;
- Coordinate data cleanup and maintenance needs with EveryAction contractor.
Technology Coordination and Inventory Systems
- Coordinate with outside vendors to fix, maintain, and/or replace TIRRC equipment, including staff laptops, office printers, sound system, and more;
- Maintain robust storage and systems for all equipment;
- Setup laptops for users per best practices, test laptop configurations prior to end user hand-off, and acclimate new users to internal IT systems;
- Provide end user support for PC, server, printer, smart-phone, and VoIP devices;
- Assist with or manage technology usage for internal events (all-staff meetings, hybrid virtual/inperson interviews, etc.).
Systems Administration & Security
- Maintain internal ticketing system for the Operations team;
- Design, document, and update instructions based on new software and policies;
- Document technical processes and troubleshooting guidelines;
- Maintain & coordinate additions, moves, changes, and deletions of users, licenses, upgrade schedules, phones, and PC equipment;
- Provide technical support to staff and respond to problems in a tactful and expedient manner;
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Operations to monitor organizational digital security systems, maintaining the organization’s best practices;
- Effectively communicate relevant IT-related information to leadership;
- Advise and recommend on upgrades, PC designs, and best practices for organization-wide implementation;
- Maintain Intranet system, updating as needed.

Qualifications
- Belief in TIRRC’s mission and commitment to social justice;
- Strong computer skills preferred (CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, data management);
- Experience with office coordination preferred;
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with diverse communities;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends;
- Fluency in English required and another language preferred;
- Must have reliable transportation.
