Job Full Description Shipping Supervisor
Rosemead, CA Full-time ; Temp-to-hire Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:15pm $21-24/hr We are seeking a motivated Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations at our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate shipping department staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Ensure accurate preparation, packaging, labeling, and documentation of outgoing shipments
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all company shipping policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to align shipping schedules with customer requirements
- Maintain records of shipments, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
