Mental Health Specialist

Our client is a professional services company supporting the legal industry. They’re looking to hire an In-House Mental Health Specialist or Psychologist that would operate as the subject-matter expert for communications in dealing with litigation for vulnerable populations, high-risk cases, and more.

This is an opportunity to transition away from academia or directly managing clients to a more corporate setting, and a traditional M-F schedule. This is a fun, growing company that has a family/team-centered culture. This is a new role.

Mental Health Specialist (Las Vegas - On Site):

\n

• This is a full time/direct hire position with our client
\n
• Will help establish trauma-informed communication standards grounded in safety, trust, and empathy
\n
• Will serve as the executive behavioral-health authority for complex disclosures, severe distress, vulnerable populations, and high-risk case consultations
\n
• Must have a Masters or PhD degree in psychology, behavioral health, or related field
\n
• Must have experience in psychology, trauma-informed care, crisis response, victim services, etc
\n
• Must have excellent communication skills
\n
• Salary likely $110-$150k base + bonus, benefits, and PTO (depending on experience)
