Relief Direct Support Professional - 2nd Shift

Job Title Relief Direct Support Professional – 2nd Shift Basic Schedule Part‑time; 16 or 12‑hour bi‑weekly schedule (every other weekend); 2nd Shift, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Responsibilities Provide nursing care activities for assigned residents, according to their individualized plan of care. Assist with activities of daily living (bath time, meal time, etc.) Provide accurate documentation using a web‑based record‑keeping system as required by Holy Angels policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform activities in the area of physical therapy and range of motion. Required Job Skills / Experience HS/GED; minimum age 21; experience using a computer. Preferred Job Skills / Experience Experience working with individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities; CNA I; College of Direct Support. Beginning Pay for This Role $13.50 per hour.
