We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers and/or Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centered home care services that promote independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and supervision as outlined in individual care plans.
• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), when applicable to authorized services.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by agency policy and applicable regulations.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and community participation.
• Encourage independence and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist clients with appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being.
• Complete accurate daily documentation and service notes.
• Follow individual support plans, safety protocols, and agency policies.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, DSP, PCA, or HHA preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions.
• Must meet applicable Pennsylvania background clearance requirements.
• Must complete required training and competency evaluations.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and provide safe, quality care.

We are currently recruiting caregivers and DSPs throughout Bucks County, PA , including Doylestown, Bensalem, Levittown, Bristol, Warminster, Quakertown, East Greenville, PA 18041, and surrounding communities.
