. What You'll Do

Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the schedule Support patient flow throughout the day Assist with patient follow-up and communication Help maintain office organization and daily operations Support the provider in delivering an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For

Previous

office or administrative experience

preferred Strong

customer service and communication skills Experience in

sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
