Insurance Producer

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance Producer to join our growing independent insurance agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses and families protect what matters most. As an independent agency, we represent a wide range of highly rated insurance carriers, allowing our producers to provide customized solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all product. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, competitive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while growing a profitable book of business. We can help the candidate get their insurance license if needed. Responsibilities Develop new commercial and personal insurance business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners. Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and provide tailored recommendations. Prepare and present insurance proposals to prospective clients. Work closely with account managers and carrier underwriters to deliver outstanding service. Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients. Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet production goals. Represent the agency professionally in the community and at networking events. Qualifications Sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
