Your primary focus will be on clinical roles though we also have staffing opportunities within Pharmaceutical and Biotech.We provide direct hire and contact staffing solutions throughout the US.Frequently filled roles include: RN, NP, CNA, Ultrasound Tech, Respiratory Therapist, CVOR Tech, PT/OT, Speech Language Pathologist, Surgical Tech etc.Required: 3 to 5 year's experience in full lifecycle recruiting within Pharmaceutical, Life Science or Biotech industry. An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting.Role and Responsibilities:Multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage candidate phone calls and email communicationsExcellent people friendly skills and ability to attract candidates to the organizationExcellent communication skills to interact with prospective and existing clients to describe client opportunities, details, pay, and benefitsCreate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by various outreach efforts, including via emails, high volume of calls, LinkedIn and other sources dailyMeeting or exceeding monthly individual recruitment goalsManage tasks within a deadline-oriented environmentDevelop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders
