Thoughtfully hire, develop, and mentor the team Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests. Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment Seek out marketing opportunities within the community and partner with retail to leverage the relationship during marketing and sales events Requirements Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently Routine standing for duration of shift Safely maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work Scheduled shifts determined by business needs Rate Range $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 Annually Mahalo (thank you) for your interest in Tommy Bahama!
