School-Based Physical Therapist - $2,062 per week

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality therapy services within a well‑resourced suburban school district. The PT will conduct student evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, deliver therapy services, and document all interventions in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The assignment includes serving students from Pre‑K through age 22 as part of the 2026‑2027 school year leave replacement, with a possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive student evaluations Develop and implement individualized plans of care Provide direct therapy services to support functional, academic, and developmental needs Document services accurately in compliance with district and state requirements Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support students with varying levels of physical and functional needs Minimum Qualifications Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 1 year of PT experience preferred Must have CBT license School‑based or related experience required Must complete in‑house orientation prior to starting Must obtain CPI certification within the first 30 days CPR certification (if applicable) TB screening completed (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X‑ray) Current health certificate (as required) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be 18+ years old Benefits Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs Compensation & Details $55/hr; 37.5 Hours per week; 4‑Month Contract (Extension Possible). 12‑hour shifts.
